About Alana and Mindful Meta Art
Artist Alana Enfinity, currently based in Montgomery, Alabama, was born in San Francisco, CA, and raised in the Twin Cities of MN. Her travels have deeply influenced her perspectives on both life and art. From a young age, she discovered the power of artistic expression as a source of stability and personal growth amid an unstable home life.
Throughout her artistic journey, Alana has explored a wide range of mediums, including 2D painting, 3D sculpture, film, photography, music, literature, and digital art. Her multidisciplinary background allows her to create work that symbolizes the personal healing and transformative experiences we encounter in life.
Beyond her own creative practice, Alana has actively contributed to the local art community through teaching at educational institutions, mentorship, and collaborative projects. She founded Mindful Meta Art as a space for individuals to engage in art experiences, meditative practices, and creative self-exploration—offering an alternative way to reflect, heal, and grow through art.
Mindful Meta Art Sessions
Mindful Meta Art sessions are designed to encourage self-expression, emotional well-being, and creative exploration. These sessions are not a form of medical treatment but serve as a holistic and artistic approach to self-reflection and introspection. Participants engage in artistic activities that help them unlock creativity, find personal fulfillment, reduce stress, and cultivate a deeper connection with themselves and others. Whether someone considers themselves an artist or not, these sessions provide a welcoming and supportive environment for personal growth.
The Benefits of Art Wellness Experiences:
At Mindful Meta Art, the focus is on art as a tool for self-exploration, creativity, and emotional wellness—helping individuals cultivate resilience, self-awareness, and a deeper appreciation for their own artistic journey.
